Welcome to the EYF online application and reporting system.Visit this page regularly for important updated and notifications.

  • If you are not already registered with a login and password, go to the "New NGO request" in the NGO section on the left.

  • If you are already registered, log in (top left-hand corner) to manage the information on your registration form and apply for grants.


  • If you have forgotten your password, please use "Password recovery" on the login page.

  • If you wish to change your password, login, open the NGO menu / Managing your information and click on Change Request at the bottom of the registration form. Click on “Change password” under Email.

    Please consult for more information on NGO registration, grant applications, reporting, etc.


Forms and Guidelines:

  • Word versions of the grant application and report forms are available on the EYF website (, under Forms and guidelines).

The following documents, among others, can be found on the Forms & guidelines page for all the different grant categories:

  • Instructions for financial reporting;

  • Application forms;

  • Report forms;

  • Budget table for reporting on international activities;

  • The EYF has also prepared a travel expenses reimbursement form that can be adapted if necessary to suit your needs.

New features available for NGOs having submitted at least one grant application

Check the Reports / Reports in progress menu to see up-to-date information on the final grants paid for all closed projects and the grant paid so far for ongoing projects (draft report or report submitted).

It is now possible to download the documents attached to your locked/closed grant applications and reports.



  • The next cut-off date for pilot activity applications is 6 June 2022.
  • Special call to support projects within the 2022 youth campaign for revitalising democracy

    The  Youth campaign for revitalising democracy will run throughout the Council of Europe member states during theperiod from March to October 2022. It aims at strengthening young people’s rolein the process of revitalising participatory democracy and restoring mutualtrust between young people and democratic institutions and processes.

    The campaign will focus on three key themes: 
    revitalisationof democracymeaningful youth  participation and digitalization.

  • The Programming Committee on Youth has recently decided to increase the maximum amount for pilot activity grants, from €10 000 to €15 000 and to include some of the administrative costs in pilot activities as and to include some of the administrative costs in and to include some of the administrative costs in pilot activities as eligible expenditure under certain conditions.
  • A new document with the EYF instructions for financial reporting has been made available on the website, under forms and guidelines, which include revised information regarding all grant categories.
