Welcome to the EYF online application and reporting system!

Youth organisations must use this site for registration, for submitting their applications, for communication with the EYF, as well as for reporting on their grants. 

Please consult the main EYF website, which contains information about the EYF and the different grants, deadlines, the granting process, grant obligations, visibility, as well as forms and guidelines, here. 

Please note that currently the EYF does not have any open call  for submitting grant requests. New call for proposals based onthe Operational Regulations will be opened in Spring 2026.

Have you been in contact with the EYF, either through email inquiries, interactions on the online granting system or simply through in-person exchanges? If yes, then we want to hear about it ! Please fill out the anonymous feedback form and help us improve our services for the benefit of youth organisations across the continent.

Registration

  • If you are not yet registered with a login and password, go to the "New NGO request" in the NGO section on the left side of the screen.
  • If you are already registered, log in (top left-hand corner) to manage the information on your registration form and apply for grants.

Password

  • If you have forgotten your password, please use "Password recovery" on the login page.
  • If you wish to change your password, login, open the NGO menu / Managing your information and click on Change Request at the bottom of the registration form. Click on “Change password” under Email.

     

NGO profile:

  • Check your NGO profile in the online system and update it, if needed. The key updates you are required to make are related to the NGO statute, legal representative and bank account. 

Forms and guidelines:

  • Word versions of the grant application and report forms are available on the EYF website (http://eyf.coe.int/resources, under Forms and guidelines).

The following documents, among others, can be found on the Forms&guidelines page for all the different grant categories:

  • Instructions for financial reporting;
  • Application forms;
  • Report forms;
  • Budget table for reporting;
  • The EYF has also prepared a travel expenses reimbursement form that can be adapted if necessary to suit your needs.
