Welcome to the EYF online application and reporting system.
Youth organisations must use this site for registration, for submitting their applications, for communication with the EYF, as well as for reporting.
Please consult the main EYF website, which contains information about the EYF and the different grants, deadlines, the granting process, grant obligations, visibility, as well as forms and guidelines, here.
Registration:

If you are not already registered with a login and password, go to the "New NGO request" in the NGO section on the left.

If you are already registered, log in (top left-hand corner) to manage the information on your registration form and apply for grants.

If you have forgotten your password, please use "Password recovery" on the login page.

If you wish to change your password, login, open the NGO menu / Managing your information and click on Change Request at the bottom of the registration form. Click on “Change password” under Email.

The EYF has also prepared a travel expenses reimbursement form that can be adapted if necessary to suit your needs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Currently, the EYF has a special call open for pilot activities for theyouth of Ukraine. Youth organisations can apply for pilot activities and internationalactivities under this call, 6 weeks before the start of the project. Youth organisations can now apply for pilot activity grants to the European Youth Foundation for initiatives to be carried out in 2025. The following focus themes for pilot activity grants were approved by Joint Council on Youth within the youth sector priorities:
1. Human rights education withand by young people
This includes the possibility to apply to the EYF for a pilot activity grants for:
- initiatives that support the Council of Europe Charter on Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education and the role of youth NGOs in its implementation
- initiatives that support young people’s democratic engagement in the revitalisation of democracy (cfr. Reykjavík Declaration)
- initiatives that support climate action and awareness on the right to a healthy environment, following the CM Recommendation (2024)6 on young people and climate action adopted on 23 October 2024.
2. Peacebuilding, conflict transformation and intercultural dialogue
This includes the possibility to apply to the EYF for a pilot activity grants for:
- initiatives that associate young people and their organisations with peacebuilding and intercultural dialogue
- initiatives that emerge from flagship activities of the Council of Europe’s youth sector, such as the Youth Peace Camp
- initiatives strengthening young people’s agency and capacities to prevent violence, transform conflict and to build a culture of peace and human rights.
The deadlines for applying are the following:
- 1 December 2024
- 1 February 2025
- 15 May 2025
- 1 September 2025.
Initiatives must start at least 3 months after the deadline.
